Introduction

All terms and conditions contained on the website apply to all orders submitted. This is regardless of being confirmed verbally or read.

Shipping Info

We aim to dispatch your order between 3-5 working days after your order has been placed. If your order has been personalised or a new design created, it may be slightly longer.

All items are sent signed or tracked for your guarantee it has been sent and delivered.

Damage in Transit

If an item in damaged in transit this must be recorded as ‘damaged’ on receipt of they are a signed-for delivery or reported to your local post office if it’s a royal mail delivery.

When you have signed for the parcel as being ‘ok’ the courier then takes no responsibility of the damaged that may have been caused, we recommend opening the parcel to check the contents before signing for the shipment. We understand that this sometimes isn’t convenient for the driver but as a customer you are well within your rights to ask them to wait whilst you check the item. Sometimes they can agree to record it as damaged rather than spend time waiting for you to unwrap it, if you were not able to do this, it may affect our ability to be able to offer a refund for any damage in transit.

You should retain original packaging so we can see what happened to the item, if we ask you to return the item the original packaging must be included.

Returns

When you receive your item, and it is damaged or faulty please let me know right away so we can resolve this matter. Unfortunately, we can’t replace, return, or refund personal items but can offer a discount on a replacement. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after you receive the item. If you wish to return, please contact us, I will accept returns of my own designs but cannot return personalised items. When I have received it back it must be in the same condition that it was sent out in. We cannot refund any items that has been returned damaged or not in a good state. Returns postage lies solely with you.

Refunds

Refunds are only given when an item is damaged in transit and returned to us with original packaging so we can see the damage ourselves. Refunds can be given within 14days.

Payments

When ordering please provide full and accurate payment details at the point of submitting your order.

We take payment from your card as soon as you placed your order.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

If your delivery address is outside the UK (Scotland and NI) then postage will increase slightly as cost of postage will increase for me to send the item.

To ensure shopping is secure when you pay by credit or debit card your details will be encrypted to minimse the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are being sent over the internet. Your card company may also carry out additional checks to confirm its you making the order. In the event your card is declined please contact your issuer to authorise the transaction.

All orders details will be sent to the card billing address and not the delivery address if the name of the recipient is different.

Personalised products/ photo uploads

We will use the information and images you provide to create your product. We will not share the information with any third party.

We require the highest picture quality you can provide us with, we save a copy of the image used to compose your customisation. We do not share your image and at all times remain at the property. Any images you upload must be your own and by uploading them you are confirming that you have the right to use them. Round The Ring Designs is not responsible for the content of information that you provide to us.
